We challenge you today to leave your phone inside and go for a walk in nature near you. This nature could be your front yard, a town park, a nature preserve, even an empty field at the end of the block. Find nature in your everyday life and take the time to enjoy it. There is nature waiting outside your front door — you don’t need to expect pristine wilderness to have a peaceful experience!
